Who we are

PikolMaester is a booking platform that connects players with independently run pickleball clubs and courts. Clubs, courts and open play sessions listed here are operated by their own owners and hosts, not by us — we provide the booking, payment and scheduling tools they use.

Using the platform

By creating an account, booking a court, joining an open play or registering a team you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate contact details, be able to honour the sessions you sign up for, and be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent if you are between 13 and 18.

Bookings and payments

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received or the club accepts payment at the court. Online payments are processed through PayMongo via QR Ph; some clubs also accept payment in person at the court. We are the merchant of record for online payments made through this site — your payment goes to us first, and we settle the club or host separately. Rates shown are set by each club and may vary by time of day. Any transaction fees are shown before you confirm.

Cancellations, refunds and no-shows

Each club sets its own cancellation window (the site default is 24 hours before your slot). Cancel inside that window and any amount paid is refunded — as JamCredits where that feature is enabled, or otherwise recorded for us to send back to you directly. Cancelling after the window has closed, or not showing up, is not guaranteed a refund and the booking may be marked as a no-show. An unpaid booking left pending for too long is automatically cancelled and never charged.

Platform commission

When a booking or open play fee is paid online, 15% is retained as a platform commission before the host or club is credited the rest.

Hosts and clubs

Hosts and clubs are responsible for running sessions as advertised, keeping their listings and pricing accurate, and complying with local rules and venue safety requirements. Payouts to hosts and clubs for money collected on their behalf are sent manually by us to the payment details they provide, and recorded on the platform; this is not an automatic transfer.

Conduct

Be respectful on and off court. Harassment, discrimination, spam and fraudulent payment claims will result in removal from the platform.

Liability

Pickleball carries risk of injury. You play at your own risk. We connect you with venues and organisers; we do not operate the courts and are not responsible for injuries, lost property or venue conditions.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
