Why clubs list here
How to get listed
- 1Send your application
A four-step form: your courts, where you are, how to reach you, and your rates. It takes a few minutes.
- 2We set you up
We create your club page, add your courts and link the account you signed up with.
- 3Check your details
Confirm your opening hours, rates and payout method in your dashboard — they are what players see and pay.
- 4Go live
Once we switch you on, your courts appear in search and on the map, and bookings start arriving.
What it costs
The commission comes out of your share — nothing is ever added to what a player pays. How payments and payouts work.
Your dashboard
Everything is run from one Club Dashboard. You see all of it; your staff see only what their role allows.
Who is coming in today, with one-tap check-in as they arrive. Or, optionally, let players check themselves in at a printed QR.
Every court hour by hour. Block time for maintenance, coaching or a private event.
Search and filter every booking, confirm or cancel, and mark payments received.
Sessions running at your venue, with their rosters.
Run events at your venue: entries, the draw, live scoring and the TV score board.
Bookings and revenue over any date range, with your busiest courts and hours.
Earnings, payouts, refunds to hand back and every payment. Owner only.
Add, rename or retire a court. A court with bookings is retired, not deleted, so your reports keep its history.
Opening hours, rates, contact details, address and map pin — you edit them yourself.
Add people by the email of an account they already have. Owner only.
Who can see what
Everything, including payments, club settings, staff and membership — those stay yours alone.
Front desk's tools plus bookings, the calendar, courts, reports, and creating and cancelling open plays. Also runs your tournaments.
Today's arrivals, open play rosters and check-in — what is needed to run the day. Can also score tournament matches.
Running a tournament
Everything happens in the Tournaments tab of your Club Dashboard, from the first draft to the final.
Before the day
- 1Create the event
Press New tournament. Add a row for each day with its times and courts, when registration opens and closes, your withdrawal refund cut-off, and the scoring (games to 11, 15 or 21, win by 1 or 2, one game or best of three).
- 2Add divisions
Each division has its own play (singles or doubles), a skill level (Beginner, Novice, Intermediate or one you name yourself, chosen by the players like open play categories), who can enter (men, women, mixed or open), a rating range, the entry fee per team, the most teams, and the format: round robin, single elimination with an optional third-place match, double elimination, or pools then a playoff.
- 3Publish, and your courts are held
Save a draft to finish later, or Publish. Once it is live, its courts are held in your booking calendar for every day and time, so players cannot book them and open plays cannot clash. Change the days or courts and the holds move with them.
- 4Take entries
Captains enter and pay online for the whole team, and invite their partner. Under Entries you see every team, its payment and its partner. Add a walk-in team at the desk, mark a held entry paid in cash, change a partner, or remove a team. Once a division is full, captains can join its waitlist instead, and it fills any place that frees up by itself.
- 5Early-bird prices and discount codes
Give a division an early-bird fee and the last day it applies: teams that enter by then pay it, even if their payment lands later. Under Entries, make discount codes (a percentage or a peso amount off, with an optional number of uses, end date and divisions), switch them off, and see how many times each was used. A use only counts once the entry is confirmed. A code that covers the whole fee makes the entry free. Your earnings and the platform fee are worked out on what each team actually paid, and Export entries gives you the list with every price and code.
- 6Show your sponsors
Once the event is saved, open Edit and add up to 12 sponsors under the event form: a name, a logo (JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 2MB), a website if they want one, and whether they are a title sponsor. Move them up or down to set the order. Their logos show on the event page, in a strip along the bottom of the TV score board that never covers a score, and at the foot of every print sheet. Title sponsors come first and show larger.
On the day
- 1Lock the draw
In Draw & scores, lock each division. Entries close and captains can no longer withdraw or change partner, so the list stops moving. Its waitlist closes too, and the teams still on it are told no place came up. Unlock it again if you need to.
- 2Seed and make the draw
Seeds follow the players' ratings. Move teams up or down if you know better, then press Make the draw. Every team is emailed, and from then on each team gets its result after every match and a message when its next match is ready, without you doing anything. Changed your mind before a ball is hit? Undo the draw and make it again.
- 3Plan courts and times
Open the Schedule tab and press Auto-schedule with your match length and rest. It fills your courts round by round across every division, only inside the days and times your courts are held for, never puts a court or a team in two matches at once, and starts a knockout match only after the matches feeding it. Change any match, or swap two (drag one onto another on a computer), then press Publish the schedule: players see the times on the matches page, in My Jam and on the score board, and each team gets one email with its times.
- 4Check teams in and call matches
Open the Check-in & calls tab. Tap Check in as each team arrives; with your self check-in QR on, teams that paid online can check themselves in from two hours before their first match, and turn green on your screen. Press Call on a match to send it to a court: the score board shows "Now calling" and both teams get a notice and an email. When a match ends, the next one is called onto that court by itself, but never a team still inside the rest you set (the court waits, shows "Resting until", and is filled when the rest is over), and never a match published for more than 30 minutes ahead (the court waits for it and calls it then). This keeps happening every few minutes even when nobody has the desk or the score board open. Switch it off if you would rather call every match yourself, or Uncall one to change your mind (those teams get a note and an email to wait).
- 5Score from your phone
Open a match, choose the court and press Start match. Tap +1 each time a team wins a point, then End game and End match. The bracket and standings update themselves, and the next round fills in.
- 6Put the score board on a TV
Press Open score board, or Copy board link and open it in a smart TV's browser. It needs no sign-in and shows every court point by point, what is up next, results, standings and the bracket.
Its corner carries a QR code to your event page, and between matches it takes turns with a large "Scan to follow live" screen, the latest results and, once a division is finished, its official winners (first to fourth). Players and families follow along on their phones without asking at the desk. The event page has its own TV view button, Share and Add to calendar.
On the Draw screen, choose how many pools and how many teams go through from each, then Make the draw: teams are spread over the pools by seed (1, 2, 3 ... then back again) and play everyone in their pool. When the last pool match has a result we let you know; check the pool tables and press Make the playoff. Pool winners are kept apart, the best finishers get any byes, and every team hears whether it is through. Pool results are fixed once the playoff is made: Undo the playoff (before any playoff match is played) to correct one; the teams that were through are told it is off for now, and everyone hears again when you make it.
A team is out after its second loss, so everyone plays at least two matches. The winners bracket is seeded like single elimination; a first loss drops a team into the losers bracket, placed so it does not meet the same team again early where the bracket allows. The winners-bracket champion meets the losers-bracket champion in the Grand Final. If the losers-bracket team wins it, both have one loss, so a Grand Final reset is played for the title; if not, the reset shows as not needed. Third place is the team beaten in the losers-bracket final. Plan for about twice as many matches as single elimination: Auto-schedule keeps every match after the ones that feed it, and the desk calls the reset only if it is needed.
Round robin and pool tables rank teams by wins, then head-to-head between the teams level on wins, then games won minus lost, then points won minus lost. A team whose place was settled by head-to-head is marked H2H, and Games % and Points % show the share of games and points each team won, so nobody has to ask how a tie was broken. The event page, the score board and the printed pool tables all show it. Every result you record also builds each player's public profile: a Tournaments section lists the events they played, where they finished and their verified match wins and losses (walkovers listed apart), from public events that are on or finished only.
When a division is full, captains can put their team on its waitlist (partner invite and all). Nobody on it pays anything. As soon as a place frees up, because a team withdraws, you remove one, an unpaid entry runs out of time or you raise the most teams, the first team in line moves in: a free division confirms it straight away; for a paid one we take the fee from the captain's JamCredits when they cover it, and otherwise the captain has 2 hours to pay before the place goes to the next team. The teams are told each step in the app and by email.
The Teams tab lists the waitlist below the entries, in line order: move a team Up or Down, or Remove it (they are told; there is nothing to refund). A new entry, a walk-in included, never takes a free place ahead of the teams waiting. Locking the draw closes the waitlist and tells everyone still on it.
If you set a most-teams limit for the whole event, reaching it fills every division at once. The event page, the entry form and the waitlist emails then say the tournament is full, not the division, and the waitlist is for the next place anywhere in the event.
Edit it on the Schedule tab. A court already in use, a team playing twice at once, a time outside your held days and times, or a knockout match before the one feeding it is refused with the reason; less rest than you set is asked about first. Nothing is public until you publish, and then only the teams whose match moved are told, with the old and new time. A knockout match also has to leave room for any match between it and the next round that has no time yet. On the day you can also move a match to another court from its score screen, as long as that court has no other match at the same time. If you change the event's days or courts later, or a match clashes with another, it is marked and the schedule cannot be published until it is moved. To change the match length once matches have times, auto-schedule all matches not yet played again with the new length.
A team that has not checked in shows in red wherever its match is, and nothing happens by itself: you decide. Wait for them, or tap No-show next to the missing team on a match not yet started. The other team wins by walkover, the bracket and standings move on, and both teams are told. A walkover has no score: its score screen says which team left instead of showing the score form. Teams that paid at the desk check in at the desk, not with the QR.
The Brackets, Draw, Schedule and Check-in & calls tabs have a Print row: the bracket (it prints sideways), the pool tables with each pool's matches, the order of play (a page per court, or every court by time), a blank score sheet for each match (two to a page, with the team names, a box per game and lines to sign) and a check-in sheet per division with what each team still owes. Pick the division and A4 or Letter at the top, then press Print; each division and each court starts on a new page. The order of play prints the published times, so publish the schedule first. The bracket, pool tables and order of play show team names only, so they are fine to pin up; keep the check-in sheet at the desk.
Make a poster (on the event page, and beside each published event in your Tournaments tab) draws a picture for a Facebook post, 1080 × 1350 or square: your banner photo, the name, dates, venue, divisions, entry fee and prize, a big Register now (Follow live on the day, See the results after) and a QR to the event page. It follows the light or dark look you are viewing the site in; a private event's QR lets people straight in. Add an Event banner photo under the event form (JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 5MB) and it also shows at the top of the event page and on its card in the list.
Every confirmed team gets its own check-in QR, in My Jam and in its "you're in" email. On the day, press Scan to check in on the Check-in & calls tab and point the camera at it, or type the 8-character code under it. You see the team, its division and its next match, and the same rules as the Check in button apply: only on the day, only a team that is in the event, and only at the event it entered. Your club's Open scanner knows these codes too. The codes are private to each team and never show on the event page, the board or the print sheets.
For a members-only or invitation event, tick Private event in the event form. It gets an access code (you can type your own, 4 to 20 letters or numbers) and is no longer listed: not on the tournaments page, in search, the site map or share previews. Visitors see only its name, your club and a box for the code. Copy share link with code in your Tournaments tab sends the link with the code in it, and the TV board link carries the code too. Teams already entered, your staff and you never need it. Change the code and everyone who got in with the old one has to enter the new one.
You, your managers and your front desk, from any phone. Two phones on the same match can't overwrite each other: the second tap is refused and shows the latest score first.
Players can send the final score of their own match from their phone, so a busy day does not wait on you. They can send it once you have called or started the match, or its time on the schedule has come (or, while the event is on, for a match from an earlier day that never got its result); against a walk-in team with no account, you enter the result. Pressing Start does not cancel a score already sent, but scoring point by point does, and both teams are told. The other team is asked to confirm it; if they do nothing within 15 minutes it counts by itself, and the bracket, standings and emails move on exactly as if you had entered it. If they dispute it, you get a notice and an email and the match waits for you. Scores waiting and disputed show at the top of the Check-in & calls tab: press Accept, or Enter score to save your own, which is final and replaces theirs. You can also correct any result later. Until a score is confirmed, the score board and printed sheets show it as waiting for confirmation (or disputed), and it never counts in the standings. Live point-by-point scoring stays with you and your staff, and the score history shows who sent, confirmed or accepted each score. Prefer to enter every result yourself? Untick Players can send their own scores in the event's Scoring settings; a score already waiting still goes through.
Use Or enter the whole score for a match kept on paper, a forfeit, a no-show or a retirement. Correct score fixes a mistake later. Every change is kept in the match's score history, and the standings are worked out again from the results.
You can still edit it. If a save changes the days, times or courts, or a division's name, format or third-place match, every team entered gets an email and an in-app notice saying exactly what changed, so check before you press Save.
Remove them under Entries. Matches they already played stay as results. In an elimination draw (or a playoff) their opponent goes through on a walkover; in a round robin or a pool their remaining matches count as walkovers (a win and a loss, no score), and they cannot go through to a playoff. The bracket, standings and score board show it, and the teams that go through are told. Until any match has been played you can make the draw again instead.
Entry fees paid online go into your earnings with your usual commission and are paid out with everything else. Cash from a walk-in team stays with you. Captains who withdraw before your cut-off get their fee back automatically; after it, there is no refund.
Cancel a whole tournament, or just one division. Every team in it is refunded in full and told, whatever your cut-off. Cancelling the whole tournament also puts its courts back on sale. Cash you took at the desk shows under Refunds owed for you to hand back. How refunds work.
Good to know
When an open play runs at your club, its courts are held for that window and nobody else can book them — and a session cannot be scheduled over a court that is already booked.
Online payments are refunded by us and your earnings adjust automatically. Money paid to you at the court waits under Refunds owed until you hand it back and mark it sent. How refunds work.
Our team adds the blue checkmark after confirming your venue is real and its details are accurate. Keeping your listing up to date is the best way to qualify.
Turn it on in Club settings and print one QR card for your front desk or entrance. Players who paid online at checkout (through PayMongo) or with JamCredits, or joined a free open play, scan it with their phone and check themselves in from 2 hours before their start. Your arrivals list updates on its own. Anyone paying at the venue, with something still due, or who paid by transfer or was marked paid by your staff, is sent to the desk.
While it is on, players cannot check in with their own code; your staff can still check anyone in. You can also require players to be within 200 m of your map pin. If the card is copied or shared, press Make a new code and the old one stops working. Switch it off at any time.
Words you'll see
- Payout
- When our team sends a club or host what they have earned — by GCash, Maya, bank transfer or in person. Sent by hand, not on a fixed schedule.
- The draw
- Who plays whom in a tournament division. The organiser locks the division first, which closes entries and stops captains withdrawing or changing partner, then makes the draw.
- Score board
- A live page for a TV at the venue during a tournament: every court's score point by point, what is up next, results, standings and the bracket. Names only, no sign-in.
