How payments work
How you pay on PikolMaester, what it costs, how your money is kept safe, and how clubs get paid.
From checkout to confirmed
- 1Check out
Your court or open play place is held for you for 30 minutes while you pay.
- 2Pay online
Pay with QR Ph or Maya on PayMongo's secure page.
- 3Confirmed automatically
The moment payment clears, your booking is confirmed — no screenshots, no manual check.
- 4The club gets paid
What you paid is recorded to the club, and our team sends it on to them.
Ways to pay
Scan the QR code with your bank or e-wallet app.
Log in to your Maya account and approve the payment, then you come straight back here.
Payment did not go through, or ran out of time? You are never charged for it — here is what happens.
What it costs
The platform is funded by a commission the club (or host) pays out of what it collects — see Commission below.

How clubs get paid
Words you'll see
- QR Ph
- The national QR payment you scan with your bank or e-wallet app at checkout. It cannot be reversed back to your account, which is why QR Ph refunds come back as JamCredits.
- Commission
- What the platform keeps from a club's share: ₱5 per hour booked. It is never added to what a player pays.
Paying online and checking in
Paying online also lets you check yourself in at clubs with a self check-in QR. If you pay at the venue, you check in at the front desk. How self check-in works
Tournament entry fees
The team captain pays the whole team's entry fee when entering, online or with JamCredits, the same safe way as a booking. There is no paying at the venue for an entry, though organisers can add a walk-in team that pays them in cash at the desk. How tournaments work
