How PikolMaester works
Everything you need to book a court, join a game, host a session or bring your club onto the platform.
Getting started
You can browse courts, open plays and clubs without an account. You need an account to book, join a game or save a club.
Create your account
Go to Sign in and register with your email address. You will be signed in straight away.
Fill in your profile
Add your name, mobile number and skill level on Edit Profile. Hosts use these to organise balanced games, and clubs use your number if they need to reach you about a booking.
Find somewhere to play
Browse Courts to book a court to yourself, Open Plays to join a game that already has players, or What's Happening to see everything on today at a glance.
Book a court when you have your own group and want the court to yourselves. Join an open play when you want to turn up alone or in a pair and play with whoever is there.
Booking a court
Pick a club
On the Courts page, filter by city or search by name. Switch to Map view to see what is near you. Each card shows the hourly rate and whether the club is open right now.
Choose your date and slots
Pick a day from the strip at the top, then tap the time slots you want. Adjacent slots join into one booking. You can book up to 60 days ahead, for between 1 hour and 4 hours at a time.
Greyed-out slots are already taken or blocked by the club. Prices can change by time of day, so an evening slot may cost more than a morning one.
Confirm and pay
Review your slots on the checkout page, add the number of players and any note for the club, then choose how to pay. You need to be signed in to complete a booking.
Get your confirmation
You will get a booking reference and a QR code by email, and the booking appears under Upcoming in My Jam. Some clubs review bookings before confirming, so yours may show as Pending for a short while.
Joining an open play
An open play is a session someone else has organised. You pay per player rather than for the whole court, and you play with whoever else has joined.
Find a session that fits
Filter Open Plays by day, city or skill level. Each card shows the fee per player, the host, and how many places are left.
Check the level
Sessions are labelled Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or All Levels. Some also set a DUPR range. Pick one that matches you — turning up to the wrong level makes for a poor game on both sides.
Join
Press Join and pay the fee if there is one. Free sessions confirm immediately. If the session is full you can join the waitlist instead, and you move up automatically when somebody drops out.
Bring guests
Where the host allows it you can add guests as you join. Each guest takes a place and is charged the same fee.
Paying
Prices are shown in PHP. This site currently accepts:

Nothing is charged and your slots are released. Confirmation can take a few seconds, so if you have just paid, give the page a moment and press Check again before trying a second time.
Checking in
Every booking and confirmed session place comes with a QR code. Open My Jam, find the booking under Upcoming and press QR.
Show it at the front desk and the club scans it to check you in. If you cannot open the code, your booking reference works just as well — staff can look it up by hand.
Changes and cancellations
You can cancel a court booking free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. After that the Cancel button disappears, because the club has held the court for you.
Individual clubs can set their own window, so the exact deadline is shown on the booking itself.
- Leaving an open playPress Leave on the session in My Jam. Your place is offered to the waitlist straight away.
- RefundsAnything already paid is refunded to the method you used, or returned as JamCredits where the club offers that. Card refunds usually take a few working days to appear.
- Changing a timeThere is no direct reschedule. Cancel within the free window and book the new slot.
- If the club cancelsYou are notified and refunded in full, whatever the timing.
Your account
My Jam is your home on the site. Open it from the avatar in the top right.

Hosting an open play
Hosting means you organise the session: you pick the club, the time and the fee, and players join you. You do not need to own a club to host.
Apply to become a host
Fill in Become a Host with your name, the city you play in and how you would like to be paid. For Hosts explains what hosting involves before you commit.
Wait for approval
We check the application and set up your host profile. You will hear back by email.
Publish your session
Set the club, date, start and end time, the fee per player, how many can join and the skill level. You can also allow guests and set how late somebody can drop out.
Say which courts you need, and they are held for you: nobody can book them for that window. If a court is already booked at that time, you will be told which one and asked to pick another slot.
Manage the roster
Watch places fill up, see who has paid, and check players in on the day. If you cancel, everyone is notified and refunded automatically.
How you get paid
Players pay their session fee to PikolMaester when they join, not to you directly. We keep a running total of what each session earned you, and settle it separately by the method you chose when you applied — GCash, Maya or bank transfer.
- When it is countedAs soon as the payment from a player clears. Unpaid and cancelled places are not counted.
- Platform commission15.0% of each fee is kept by the platform; the rest is credited to you.
- RefundsIf a player is refunded after you have been credited, the amount comes off your next settlement.
- Collecting at the courtIf you take cash on the day, that money is already yours and does not pass through us.
Fees are not transferred to you at the moment a player books. They are collected centrally and sent on to you afterwards, so there is a gap between a player paying and the money reaching you.
A session can repeat weekly or fortnightly until a date you choose, so a regular game only needs setting up once.
Listing your club
Listing is free. Once you are live, players can find your courts, book them and pay online, and you get a dashboard to run it all.
Send the application
List Your Club is a four-step form: your court details, where you are, how to reach you, and your rates. It takes a few minutes.
We set you up
We create your club page, add your courts and link the account you signed up with, so the dashboard is waiting for you when it goes live.
Check your details
Confirm your opening hours, rates and payment details before you start taking bookings. These are what players see and are charged.
Go live
Your courts appear in search and on the map, and bookings start arriving in your dashboard.
Running your club
Club Dashboard is where you run the day to day. It is available to whoever is set as the club owner.

- CalendarYour courts hour by hour. Block time out for maintenance, coaching or a private event.
- BookingsSearch and filter every booking, confirm or cancel, and mark payments received.
- Open playsSessions running at your club, with their rosters.
- ReportsBookings and revenue over the last 30 days, and your busiest courts.
- CourtsAdd a court, rename one, change its surface, or take one out of service while it is being resurfaced. A court with bookings against it is retired rather than deleted, so its history stays intact.
- Club settingsOpening hours, your hourly rate, contact details, address and map pin. You edit these yourself — no admin access needed.
When a host runs an open play at your club, the courts it uses are held for that window and cannot be booked by anyone else. It works the other way too: a session cannot be scheduled over a court that is already booked.
Common questions
Do I need an account to book?
Yes. Bookings are tied to an account so you can find your QR code, cancel, and see your history.
What is a DUPR rating?
DUPR is a worldwide pickleball rating from 2.0 to 8.0. It is optional. Adding yours on your profile helps hosts put you in a game at the right level.
Can I book more than one court at once?
Yes. Select slots on each court before going to checkout and they are paid for together as one booking.
I did not get my confirmation email
Check your spam folder first. Your booking and QR code are always in My Jam regardless, so you can still check in without the email.
What happens if I do not turn up?
The booking is marked as a no-show and is not refunded, since the court was held for you. Cancel instead if you know you cannot make it — it frees the slot for somebody else.
How do I change my email or password?
Your name, mobile, city and rating are on Edit Profile. To change the email address on the account or reset a password, get in touch and we will sort it out.
